I recently saw Sue re a 40-year yo-yo dieting problem.  Although I went in with an open mind, I wasn't sure what to expect, all I can say is I would 100% recommend Sue to help resolve a longstanding issue.

Firstly, just a HUGE thank you to her for uncovering the root cause of my weight problem and thereby freeing me from a vicious circle of weight gain and loss.

It was a genius "lightbulb" moment which made total sense, the best part is the absolute confidence I now have that the weight will stay off.

I approached Sue because the fear of spiders has always run my life to the point that if I saw one my husband or son would have to get rid of it.  I checked for spiders everywhere.

Sue was very positive that she could help me although I wasn't 100% convinced.

During the hypnosis session I felt very relaxed and Sue found the root cause of my phobia started in my childhood.

The very next day I was in the garden with my husband and son when my son noticed a medium sized spider and he dared me to pick it up. I felt determined to do it, so I did!  Not only could my husband and son not believe it but I couldn't believe it myself.

I no longer check everywhere for spiders and the other night I removed one from my bath.
